Change of heart?
You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece for a refund or exchange.
- Write to us and we send return instructions the same day.
- Pieces must be unworn and in the original gift box.
- Personalized and custom pieces cannot be returned, but we will always adjust them.
- Refunds are issued within 5 working days of arrival.
