How a piece is made
From a sketch on the corner of a notebook to a knot tied for the last time.
Every piece begins on paper, usually early in the morning, usually badly drawn. The idea matters more than the drawing.
Then the stones are chosen one by one. Colour, weight, the way they catch the light — a strand can be rebuilt three times before it feels right.
Finally, knots. Hand-knotting takes hours, but it is why a necklace still hangs perfectly years later.
